Supply Chain-Flexibilität zur Bewältigung von Unsicherheiten - Taktisch-operative Potenzialplanung zur Schaffung von Robustheit, Resilienz und Agilität

Eine Supply Chain ist ein komplexes System zur Leistungserstellung, welches häufig eine globale Struktur aufweist. Die starke Vernetzung in einem solchen System sowie der Fokus auf effiziente Prozesse machen dieses anfällig gegenüber unerwarteten Ereignissen. Diese können unterbrechende Auswirkungen haben, welche die Fähigkeit zur Leistungserbringung der gesamten Supply Chain gefährden. Neben diesen disruptiven sind auch operative Unsicherheiten zu beachten. Sowohl die unterbrechenden Ereignisse wie auch die kontinuierlich auftretende Schwankungen können für eine Supply Chain Risiko oder Chance sein. Um Wettbewerbsvorteile zu realisieren bzw. um die Leistungsfähigkeit des Systems aufrechtzuerhalten, müssen die Prozesse einer Supply Chain agil, resilient, robust und flexibel gestaltet werden. Insbesondere der Eigenschaft der Flexibilität kommt dabei eine entscheidende Rolle zu. Die vorliegende Dissertation entwickelt einen konzeptioneller Bezugsrahmen zu Bewältigung von Unsicherheiten in Supply Chains. Dieser führt bestehende Ansätze des Supply Chain Management zusammen und ermöglicht eine ganzheitliche Betrachtung des Umgangs mit Unsicherheiten in Leistungsnetzwerken. Der empirische Teil der Arbeit betrachtet die taktisch-operative Mengenplanung in einer Supply Chain und deren Beitrag zum Aufbau von Flexibilitätspotenzial. Dabei findet neben einer simulationsgestützten Analyse die Berücksichtigung der betrieblichen Praxis mithilfe von Experteninterviews statt. Dadurch gelingt es, einen Forschungsbeitrag für das Management von Unsicherheiten in Supply Chains zu leisten und in diesem Kontext konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen abzuleiten
